Silent Reflection (by Diana Antara)

So many eyes in this world, so many hands
reaching out to find happiness.
Every day so many lives begin and others end,
dreaming souls flying with the wind.

Silent reflections, living in the heart so deep,
remembering always, there’s something inside forever to feel.
A flame, a fire which is alive and real,
burning however dark the outside will be.

Too much of confusion, too much of the wrong
turns away from truth, makes us forget where we belong.

Silent reflections, memories of light and warmth,
like a tender embrace of Love so strong,
holding tight, saved from being helpless in the harm
of this world’s hard and painful storm.

Silent reflections, living in the heart so deep,
remembering always, there’s something inside forever to feel.
A flame, a fire which is alive and real,
burning however dark the outside will be.
